Gordon Brittas is the original David Brent only far worse. Hes a man with good intentions, but his 'dream' his love of red tape and his personality clash with just about everyone resulting in some of the most crazy situations.

I'd forgotten all about this series. I thought the nutty receptionist - the one who his her baby in the drawer - was possibly better than he was.
